A : Sometimes I think you are a workaholic. You need to take a vacation and enjoy life.
B : My plan is to work hard now, save enough money so that I can relax in my autumn years. 

A : 가끔 너가 일 중독 같다는 생각이 들어. 넌 휴가를 갈 필요가 있고 인생을 좀 즐겨야해.
B : 내 계획은 지금 열심히 일해서 돈을 충분히 벌어 놓고 노후를 즐길 생각이야.

This expression refers to the later years of a person's life, especially after they have retired and stopped working. If you relate a person's life to the seasons of a year, you get expressions like `You are no spring chicken' meaning you are not young any more. Or, 'a May December relationship' meaning a relationship between an older man (December) and a young woman (May). A similar expression is 'a spring- autumn romance'.  

이 표현은 한 사람의 인생에서 50-60대를 말합니다. 특히, 은퇴하고 난 뒤에 쓰이는 표현이지요. 만약 한 사람의 인생을 1년의 4계절과 비교 한다면, 당신은 'You are no spring chicken'이라는 표현이 '당신은 이제 더 이상 젊지 않아'라는 표현이라는 것도 이해할 수 있는 것이지요.

한편 'a May December relationship'은 늙은 남성과 젊은 여성의 로맨스를 말하기도 하는데요. 비슷한 표현으로는 'a spring- autumn romance'가 있습니다.
